bea999 will not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by the Player's payment provider, network issues, or force majeure events. Where a withdrawal cannot be processed to the original payment method, the Company will contact the Player to agree an alternative.

bea999 offers promotional bonuses to new and returning players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

bea999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated promotion terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or money laundering through the Platform.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Repeated violation of responsible gaming guidelines after formal warnings have been issued.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, bea999 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, the balance may be permanently forfeited and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.
